Fluid Viscous Damper (FVD) for Bridge
The biggest damping device we make is called wind resistance, and it is installed on the roof of super high-rise buildings.
The principle of viscous dampers is based on the principle of fluid motion, especially the principle that throttling resistance is generated when the fluid passes through the orifice. It is a damper that is related to the speed of piston movement and widely used in high-rise buildings, bridges, seismic retrofitting of building structures, seismic resistance of industrial pipeline equipment and other fields. The main components of a viscous damper include the cylinder body, piston, damping hole (or gap, or both), viscous fluid damping material, and guide rod. When there is relative motion between the piston and the cylinder, the pressure difference between the front and rear of the piston causes the fluid damping material to pass through the damping hole (or gap), thereby generating damping force and achieving the purpose of energy dissipation. This type of energy dissipation is achieved by dissipating a portion of the structural vibration energy through the viscous fluid damping material in the energy dissipation damper, thereby reducing the structural vibration (earthquake or wind) response.

6, What kind of payment terms do you accept?
A: We prefer T/T through bank. 30% when order is confirmed and 70% before shipment. L/C is also acceptable for amount over 20,000USD.
 
7, What is your warranty policy?
A: All our products are warranted for one full year from date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover parts that are worn out through the course of normal operation or are damaged through negligence. We serious remind that unclean hydraulic oil will definitely cause damage to your Hydraulic components. And this damage is not included in the warranty range. So we strongly suggest you to use new clean oil or make sure the system oil are clean when using our parts.
